When I eat soup, I smile.
And – after three years as a personal chef – it is by far the one thing that always makes others smile, too.
When soup is on my menu, I always get emojis of excitement, eager anticipation and joy.
More and more I hear, “Everything is great, but that SOUP is the BOMB!”
So I started thinking. And Nestralé was born.
A company with an intention to serve one thing: Homecrafted soup. Tastefully prepared, artisanal soups.
So, come see what’s simmering on the stove.

NESTRALÉ TAKES FLIGHT
Our love of cooking for others is plain to see.
In fact, our love of cooking next level soups has driven us to build a business out of it.
So, we present Nestralé. Our way of delivering our passion to devoted patrons.
Today, it’s one cup at a time. And tomorrow? Well, that’s where our vision comes in.
Traditional restaurants serve soups simply as a first course. On the other hand, we prefer to view soups as a way of providing a satisfying, healthy, complete meal.
To that end, we plan to serve our soups in 2- and 3-cup flights. In a setting that encourages patrons to create their very own ‘symphony’ of soups. Perhaps moving from a calming chilled soup to one of our broth-based offerings, then enjoying a velvety delight like our Marsala Mushroom soup.
At the end of the day, we leave these options up to the customer. Each diner creates their own personal dining experience. Knowing they are going to enjoy their selection of hand-crafted, artisanal soups. Soups created with great care.
